Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Colorado Springs with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
