Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Colorado Springs, CO)

Highbridge Forge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Colorado Springs, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
