Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Hollow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
