Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Harbor Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Colorado Springs, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 915 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
