Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Colorado Springs, CO)

Greenridge Maple Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Colorado Springs and nearby communities, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
