Cedar Forge Health Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
