Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Fern Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Cleveland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
