Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Cleveland, OH)

Greenridge Ivory Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Cleveland, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
