Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Vale Water Authority Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
