Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Union Banking Services Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
