Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Glen Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Cincinnati, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 512 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
