Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ridge Medical Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
