Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Harborlight North Pharma Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
