Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Cincinnati, OH)

Bright Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Cincinnati, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
