Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Linden Civic Services works with county and city offices around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
