Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Birch Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
