Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Northwind Timber Insurance Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
