Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Chicago, IL)

Ironwood Oak Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for certifications. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
