Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Chicago, IL)

Foxglove Orchard Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
