Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Chicago, IL)

Stonegate Glen Banking Services is a regional lender in Chicago with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
