Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Chicago, IL)

Cedar Bridge Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Chicago. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
