Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Chicago, IL)

Silverline Thistle Medical is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
