Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Technologies and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
