Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Chicago, IL)

Bright Amber Construction is a Chicago contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
