Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Umber Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
