Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Forge Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
