Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Mill Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
