Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Chicago, IL)

Westbrook Union Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Chicago. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
