Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Fern Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
