Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Charlotte, NC)

Nova Willow Pharma Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
