Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Ember Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Charlotte. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
