Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Beacon Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
