Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Charlotte, NC)

Silverline Beacon Water Authority Partners supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Charlotte and nearby communities, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
