Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Charlotte, NC)

Bluepeak Haven Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Charlotte, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
