Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Charlotte, NC)

Silverline Yarrow Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Charlotte. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
