Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Mill Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Charlotte working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
