Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Oak Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
