Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Charleston, SC)

Harborlight Forge Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Charleston region, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
