Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Buffalo, NY)

Fernwood Birch Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
