Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Birch Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
