Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Timber Pharma Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
