Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Hollow Health Group is a healthcare provider in Buffalo with clinics and support teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
