Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Bright Drift Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
