Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Buffalo, NY)

Nova Summit Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Buffalo, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
