Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Buffalo, NY)

Foxglove Iron Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Buffalo. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
