Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Lakeside Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Boston. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
