Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boston, MA)

Summit Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Boston. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
