Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boston, MA)

Ironwood Haven Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Boston. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
