Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boston, MA)

Foxglove Quarry Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Boston with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Boston. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
