Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Boston, MA)

Cedar Cobalt Medical Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Boston. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
